Welcome to the first issue of the Mt. Blanchard newsletter! Here’s what’s happening around the village:
Spring Cleanup Day
Saturday, May 10th — help clean up the parks, pool, and downtown. Dumpsters will be available for trash and metal. Lunch (pulled pork sandwiches, salads, and desserts) will be provided.
Swimming Pool Opening
The pool opens May 14th, 1:00–7:00 p.m. daily. Shelter house rentals are $40; the gazebo is $50. The village is looking for lifeguards — contact the Findlay YMCA if interested.
Village Garage Sales
June 19–21, times of your choosing.
Food Pantries
The village has two food pantries available to anyone in need — one at the Village Office (open 8:00–5:00 daily) and one at Mt. Blanchard UM Church (call 419-694-3245).
